Welcome to New Vendor Registration – Stage I.
All information below must be reviewed, submitted and approved in order to move into Registration – Stage II.
All vendors will need to review our Master Subcontract Agreement (MSA).
This document will not be amended nor modified.
After your review, you will need to select if your firm will sign this agreement unmodified.

If your firm is registered as a diverse firm in the state of Indiana, you will need to upload that documentation.
You will also fill out information regarding your firms workforce diversity.

A financialy secure vendor is a must. We are now requiring all vendors to submit their financial information through Vendor Financial and then enter the score received, along with the certificate. Only firms meeting our requirements will be able to proceed to Registration – Stage II.
